When you visit the Site, we collect information about your device, how you interact with the Site, and what's needed to process any purchase you make. If you contact us for support, we may collect additional information to help resolve your query. Below is a breakdown of what we collect, why, where it comes from, and who it's shared with.

Order confirmation by WhatsApp

Order confirmation by WhatsApp is optional and selected by default at checkout. You can untick it before placing your order. If selected, Action.pk shares the delivery phone number and order reference with Meta to send the confirmation message. This choice is for the order confirmation, not marketing.

Minors

The Site is intended for use by individuals aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you're a parent or guardian and believe your child has given us personal information, please contact us at the details above and we'll delete it.

Who we share information with

We share personal information with service providers who help us run the Site and fulfil our contract with you. For example:

  • We run our online store using Wrenio Commerce. Hosting and infrastructure providers help us operate and protect Action.pk. Cloudflare services may provide network security, performance and analytics. Analytics and advertising providers receive the information needed for the purposes described below only when the relevant connection is configured and permitted.
  • We may disclose information where required by law, in response to a subpoena, search warrant, or similar legal request, or to protect our rights.

Behavioural advertising

We use your information to show you ads or marketing we think may interest you. For example:

  • When configured and permitted, we use Google Analytics to understand how customers use the Site. Read Google's privacy practices at policies.google.com/privacy, or use our privacy preferences to refuse optional analytics and advertising.
  • We share details about your Site activity, purchases, and ad interactions with advertising partners, sometimes directly and sometimes through cookies or similar technology (subject to your consent, depending on where you're located).
  • When configured and permitted, our advertising connections may include Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Microsoft, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn and X. These providers may receive campaign or click identifiers, provider browser-cookie identifiers, IP address, browser/user-agent information, the public page URL, and relevant shopping or order events to measure advertising and build audiences. Where a verified connection uses customer matching, supported identifiers such as email or phone are handled in a separate server connection with any provider-required normalization or hashing. Hashing does not make this information anonymous. Unconfigured connections do not receive these events.

How we use your information

We use your personal information to run the Site and serve you: offering products for sale, processing payments, shipping and fulfilling orders, and keeping you informed about new products, services, and offers.

How long we keep your information

When you place an order, we keep your personal information on file unless and until you ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details above to request deletion.

Selling personal information

We don't sell your personal information, as "sale" is defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

Cookies

A cookie is a small piece of data saved to your device when you visit the Site. We use several types — functional, performance, advertising, and social/content cookies — which let the Site remember your actions and preferences (like login state or region) so you don't have to re-enter them every time you browse. Cookies also tell us how people use the Site, such as whether it's a first visit or a returning one.

The cookies below are the ones we use to run and improve the Site.

Cookies necessary for the functioning of the store

Necessary cookies keep your cart and checkout together, support secure buyer sign-in, and remember your privacy preferences. Wrenio keeps buyer, Seller and administrator sessions separate. Refusing optional analytics or advertising does not disable necessary commerce and security functions. Privacy choices are remembered for up to one year; session-cookie lifetimes depend on their purpose.

Reporting and analytics

Wrenio's first-party measurement records pseudonymous visitor and visit identifiers, public landing paths, referral sources, campaign parameters and supported advertising click identifiers. It connects permitted visits with native order outcomes to report advertising performance. Visits use a 30-minute inactivity boundary and attribution considers the preceding 30 days. The visitor cookie lasts up to 180 days, subject to your preferences and browser limits. Google Analytics and Cloudflare Analytics may supplement these reports when configured and permitted.

For Pakistan visitors, optional measurement and advertising may operate on the basis of this notice, without requiring an affirmative opt-in first. You can refuse them or change an earlier choice in privacy preferences. We respect explicit refusals, including previously saved refusals. Where an applicable jurisdiction or provider requires consent, that processing waits for the required permission. A notice-based decision is not recorded as an affirmative consent choice.

Wrenio-held raw advertising click and matching identifiers are limited to at most 90 days, with shorter limits where appropriate. Optional provider tools have their own retention settings and request procedures. Necessary order, accounting and security records follow their separate retention needs. Session cookies expire at the end of their session; persistent cookies remain until their configured expiry or deletion. Wrenio's measurement and preference limits are stated above. Optional provider cookies have separate lifetimes, which may be shortened by your browser or privacy choices.

You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings, usually under "Tools" or "Preferences." Keep in mind that blocking cookies can affect your experience and may make parts of the Site unavailable. For guidance, see allaboutcookies.org.

Browser cookie blocking alone may not stop server-side advertising events. Use our privacy preferences to stop future optional analytics and advertising processing associated with that preference. Requests already sent may complete. Provider-held information follows the provider's controls and request procedures; the advertising opt-out links above remain available.

Do Not Track

Because there's no industry-wide standard for how to respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, we don't change our data practices when one is detected.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
