Delete your Action.pk account

This page explains how to delete your customer account at Action.pk (action.pk website and the Action.pk Android app, published by Techno Assist).

How to request deletion

1. Email [email protected] from the email address of your Action.pk account, with the subject "Delete my account".
2. We may reply to confirm the request comes from you.
3. We delete your account within 30 days and email you when it is done.

What we delete

Your name, email address, phone number, saved addresses, password and login, saved products and wishlists, and marketing preferences.

What we keep, and for how long

Records of orders you placed (order details, invoices and payment records) are kept for 6 years because the law requires it for tax and accounting. They are no longer linked to an active account. We keep nothing else.
